Founded in 2004, Fully Hong Electronics provides comprehensive PCB and electronic manufacturing solutions for customers worldwide. Our services cover PCB layout and design, fabrication, component sourcing, PCB assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, box-build assembly, IC programming, and functional testing. With expertise in rigid, flexible, rigid-flex, RF/microwave, and HDI circuit boards, we support customers from prototype development and quick-turn builds through to volume production.

We offer access to an approximately 80,000-square-meter manufacturing facility with around 1,200 employees and 16 SMT production lines. The facility is equipped with Panasonic and Fuji placement machines, inline 3D SPI and AOI systems, 3D X-ray inspection, and nitrogen-protected reflow soldering. Its production capabilities also include conventional and selective wave soldering, ICT, IC programming, dispensing, and downstream assembly and testing, supported by a deployed MES for production management. These resources enable us to serve a broad range of applications, including AIoT, automotive electronics, audio equipment, industrial devices, and energy storage systems.

Combining our PCB expertise, component sourcing capabilities, and experienced project coordination team with our partner’s manufacturing infrastructure, we provide a coordinated service from design review and DFM support to assembly, testing, and final product integration. We focus on helping customers improve manufacturability, manage sourcing and production requirements, and move efficiently from development to repeat production.
