The SMT assemblies undergo 100% AOI. It identifies key defects including cold solder joints, polarity mismatches, tombstoning, missing, and deviation. Every defect will be reworked and then double-inspected via AOI to ensure superior product quality.
Penetrate chip packages and components to inspect hidden solder joints—Beyond surface-level checks, it further identifies and verifies internal layer defects, allowing us to implement strict quality controls and eliminate potential hidden risks in PCBA products.
FAI is mandatory for every batch, with comprehensive verification of component specifications, engineering drawings, and customer requirements. We eliminate batch-level risks at the source and ensure every PCBA precisely meets custom demands.
