Conventional FR4 single/double-sided PCBs are the most basic and common category in the PCB industry. The basic single/double-sided boards we refer to take FR4 as the core substrate. Meanwhile, single-sided aluminum substrates and other single-sided board types are also common in the industry, but FR4 single/double-sided boards have the widest application range due to their simple structure and mature technology. Common FR4 substrates have stable dielectric properties, with typical Dielectric Constant (Dk) of 4.2-4.7@1GHz and Dissipation Factor (Df) of 0.015-0.020@1GHz, which can meet the signal transmission requirements of most conventional electronic equipment. Our FR4 single/double-sided boards not only have significant price advantages but also strictly comply with industry standards, and we will never relax control due to the simple product structure.
