FAQ

What electrical testing methods do you employ for bare PCBs?

We offer a suite of electrical testing solutions to ensure 100% connectivity. For prototypes and small batches, we utilize Flying Probe Testing for its flexibility. For mass production, we use Bed of Nails (Test Fixtures) to maximize efficiency. Additionally, we provide Impedance Testing for high-speed designs to ensure signal integrity.

Does my board require impedance control and stack-up design?

Yes, we offer free impedance control calculations and stack-up design using industry-leading field solvers. This ensures signal integrity by aligning trace dimensions with substrate material properties.

What is the smallest hole size you can produce?

For mechanical drilling, the minimum is 6 mils; for laser drilling, it is 4 mils. Note that including various hole sizes in one design may increase manufacturing time and costs due to additional drill bit changes.

What is the smallest trace width and spacing you can manufacture?

We can manufacture trace widths and spacing as small as 3 mils. While working with narrower traces requires tighter tolerances, our controlled etching process ensures accurate trace widths and prevents over-etching.

How should I provide special instructions for my order?

We value your special requests! We recommend sending the specific details via email so we can ensure they are handled properly. Of course, you are also welcome to leave a message for our customer service team through instant messaging apps at any time.
