●IC Programming: Yes, we need the hex file and any specific instructions.

●Conformal Coating: Yes, we offer coating services to protect boards from moisture, dust, and chemicals.

Our assembly adheres to the IPC-A-610 Class 2 standard. If you encounter any functional issues or defects after receiving the boards, please notify us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and either repair, rework, or remake the boards as necessary.

●Panelization: Required if the PCB is smaller than 50mm x 100mm or has an irregular shape. 

●Break-away Rails: Necessary if the clearance between the board edge and copper features is less than 3.5mm. These rails allow SMT machines to grip the board during transport through the oven.

The turnaround time officially begins only after all of the following are met:

1.All necessary files (Gerber, Centroid/XY Data, BOM) are confirmed.

2.All engineering questions (EQs) are resolved.

Once the order is complete, you have two options:

1.Ship them back to you along with your assembled boards.

2.Store them in our inventory for your future orders.
